Only root user can browse Internet

Dear Friends
I am using Breezy in which only root user can browse the internet
through Firefox.Even though other users are added in the group DIP and
Dialout.
Other users can connect to internet but can not browse in firefox.
System gives error message to other users that Webpage could not be
find.
How can I solve the Problem?
