scramdisk install

I am trying to install scramdisk (sd4l) in Ubuntu 6.06
SD4L-Scramdisk fo Linux
http://www.scramdisklinux.org/

uname:Linux ubuntu 2.6.15-23-386 #1 PREEMPT Tue May 23 13:49:40 UTC 2006
i686 GNU/Linux

after 'make' 'make install' and running the program I can't mount anything.

Mounting failed:
No such file or directory

Any clue?

PS. I am a 2 weeks old linuxer... and loving it....  ;-)
