Yes, but the Debian packages are out of date. Its previous maintainer
orphaned it. In fact he filed a bug to have it removed from the Debian
repositories because nobody stepped up to support it, and he was
concerned about people installing a poorly maintained version.

The most up-to-date version (including all current security patches)
can be found at http://www.webmin.com/
