Ok, good to hear that you've solved your problem.
So my last mail may have some usefull hints how to have more than one loop 
device, if you plan to customize a live-cd.

May I ask why you installed breezy and not dappper?
If it is becaus of the lack of performance due to older hardware try 
dapper-server and xubuntu-desktop.
I'm running xubuntu on some older machines (P-III 500) in a local youth center 
(or is it youth club? pardon my broken englisch, it's Jugendzentrum in 
German) here and I have to say it works great!
