I don't see any such message on that page.

"Opera encountered a problem during plugin setup. Plugins will not work
properly. Check your installation. Could not start plugin exectuable
'operamotifwrapper' /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/operamotifwrapper-3. Please
install Motif. Plugin path (Path can be modified in Preferences dialog).
/usr/lib/opera/plugins /root/plugins
/usr/lib/mozilla/pluginshttp://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash"
A Synaptic search for operamotifwrapper came up empty. With a search for
motif I found and installed libmotif3. That apparently made the startup
plugin message go away and Flash work in Opera, except on
http://disney.go.com/disneychannel/ which redirects to
http://disney.go.com/home/html/index.html?flash=false .
