Hi I had the same problem, so read the documentation.
It seems bogofilter requires to be trained with spam, and at least one
piece of ham. The documents suggest training manually. That sounded to
hard so I labelled on ham message as spam in the evolution interface,
then went into the junk folder and labelled it as not junk and since
then it has worked. I also turned of the spamassasin plug-in just in
case. I find that spam filtering is now VERY much faster than it was
with spamassasin in Breezy..
