Latest Flash

I did an apt-get dist-upgrade to dapper on my kid's edubuntu breezy last
night hoping she would be able to use
http://disney.go.com/disneychannel/ . It still complains the latest
flash isn't installed. The adept updater finds a newer flash package,
but hangs "Preparing". How do I fix this so the kid can use Disney?
