Embarrassing question

I have two networks, 192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.1.0/24. My samba server
in in one, my laptop is in the other. I can mount a share on the server
from my laptop explicitly (by giving the server name and share name),
but I'd like to be able to browse them.

I think I need a WINS server - no worries, the Samba server can do that.
But how do I tell Ubuntu to *use* the WINS server? Or is there another
way around this?

Regards, K.
