Intel Due Core Processor

I have Dual core laptop when i installed ubuntu 6.06 it is working fine you
just need kernel SMP, ubuntu will choose it by default.
Then to check CPU as Gord said cat /proc/cpuinfo

Don't worry it will work fine :)
