I have palyed with that und if a module gets loaded /proc/filesystems
gets updated, too.

e.g. after:
$ sudo modprobe vfat
$ sudo modprobe isofs

cat /proc/filesystems
.
.
.
        udf
        iso9660
        vfat

Now i have added vfat and isofs to /etc/modules. Thanks for this tip. ;)
