Dapper Remote IPP Printing Browse Problem

I have a similar problem using Dapper (upgraded from Breezy ) and
connecting to a Fedora Core 4 print server.  While one printer seemed
to be present from browsing, I could not print to it from software.

I suspect that the printing and browse problems are related.
