best to boot from the liveCD which has this app included and will allow you to 
modify system partitions as they're not mounted. what you can do from there 
will depend on your filesystem if your using LVM you'll have a lotmore 
options, but if its ext2/3 im pretty sure u will have to have free space 
directly before or after the partition to increase it.
