Getting Evolution to sync on 6.06

Folks,

I'm having a challenge getting my Palm Tungsten E2 to sync with
Evolution on 6.06. (I was delighted to see the Evolution now supports
memos!). When I first started to set up the sync options, Evolution
successfully picked up my PDA's ID and user...so the connection seems
good. But when I tried to sync one-way to install the information from
my PDA onto Evo, they never connected. (And I'm not sure which file to
look at for error messages.) Any thoughts on how to get the sync going?
