Dapper: Automatix and screen config problem

Today I downloaded Automatix and using it some drivers and media
software. Everything works fine, except that my screen has moved to
the left by about an inch. So, in Dapper, I can't see the first three
letters in "Applications" are missing or unreadable. Even when I go to
Gmail in Firefox of Galeon, the left side (In box, spam and details)
is unreadable. Any help, suggestions?
