Problem: HP Printer not working correctly

<Problem:>
Have a HP 5simx printer, all was with this printer in breezy 5.10,
then I did a full install of dapper, and configured the printer,
like before... however... it not printing correctly.

No matter what settings I select, and paper tray, or paper
media... it wants to print to tray 1(manual feed)
and wants pre-punched paper in that in tray 1.

Is this a driver problem or a cups problem?
