Junk mail detection don't work after upgrade

I have not tried this myself, but I have heard that Evo switched to
Bogofilter for spam filtering in 2.6. I've also heard reports (possibly
on this list or the forums) that having both the Bogofilter and
SpamAssassin plugins enabled at the same time causes trouble, and it's a
common occurrence with people who have upgraded.

Try checking the list of enabled plugins (Edit->Plugins), disabling the
Bogofilter plugin, and see if that helps.
