I have to 'partially' agree with Dave on this, even if 2 machines never
has the same daemons installed.

When SuSE 9.3 came out, I had it on my laptop for about 3 minutes, which
were the first bootup. I installed Breezy, and was sold.

SuSE really smells desktop wise. Serverwise is a bit different, and not
as annoying. I'd rather have a server boot in 10 minutes, if it's 10
times more stable and serves cached pages, etc. faster than a server
booting in 1 minute and has to load everything on use.

But......theres a different view for every setup, so it's pointless to
discuss in the long run. I'm happy with my ubuntu laptop and my debian
server. I hate my suse server(sorry) and can accept my 2 RedHat EL4
servers (only because IBM supports informix on them...)

Sincerely
Max
ps. And I still think that RH7.3 is the most stable RH-release ever.......
p.p.s. and yes, I can boot DSL MUCH faster than any of the described
above, but does that makes it better or more suitable for my needs? nope....
