Where is Dapper?

It won;t automatically update you to Dapper. Check out the Ubuntu web
site for details of how to upgrade, but one way is to edit
your /etc/apt/sources.list file changing all occurrences of 'breezy' to
'dapper' and then do:

	sudo apt-get update
	sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Personally, I would do this from the console rather than a terminal
window in a GUI environment.
