Dosbox - http://dosbox.sourceforge.net
QEMU - http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/
Wine - http://www.winehq.com/

Chose the one that best fits your needs and -possibly- your hardware rescources.
All three will let you do what you wish to do.  All three are powerful
and very versatile tools so you will have to do some reading.
