LOL. While that's a true rule about readability in general - not just for
the web and email - it's hard to see how you underlining is any less
intrusive than bolding - it _is_ a format. In any case, some of us don't
like to see links underlined, and mine (no matter what browser I'm using)
only underline when the mouse hovers over them, except when nasty web
designers enforce their own styles.
