How to Update Firefox

Hi Guys,

Another naive question.  I want to upgrade to Firefox 1.5.0.5 as this
article makes my version sound kinda dangerous:

Anyway, do I just upgrade through Firefox or do I have to use the
Ubuntu update manager like for other programs?
