NTP: How to adjust the clock in ubuntu at the boot time?

Because the default NTPSERVERS is "pool.ntp.org".
Since I am behind a firewall, I have to adjust that to
a local ntp server.

I am just wondering, how to set the clock by using a KDE gadged
(but which one?).
