eth0 missing - Dapper counts from eth1 to eth3

Definitely /etc/iftab

I lost mine not too long ago (I can't recall whether it got uninstalled
automatically or I actually deleted it) and now my wireless & wired
interfaces come up randomly as either eth0 or eth1.  It's a _small_
problem, because I have a few scripts (like fetchmail) that actually cared
which was which, but for the most part it's no longer necessary that they
stick to one name or the other.
