Bug in build-essential. Dapper

I have Dapper, Dapper-updates and Dapper-security repositories enabled. 
I also used the breezy CD (enabled it in the repositories for sure). The
package manager poped up as you said, and when told him to install
build-essential, gave me the same dependency issue:

*build-essential: Depends: libc6-dev but it is not going to be
installed or
libc-dev
Depends: g++ (>= 4:4.0) but it is not going to be
installed
E: Broken packages*
