Installing rpm package in Ubuntu 6.06

No need to use the RPM. The MySQL Admin package and MySQL query browser are
both available in the universe repository. Enable that, then just install
them with synaptic, adept, aptitude, apt-get....etc. Lazarus, I don't know
too much about, but as mentioned elsewhere, if you have an RPM, you can use
alien to convert it to a .deb and install that way. I've used that
successfully a number of times. (Worth noting. A number of times when I've
used alien, I've had to use the --scripts with it to convert the scripts as
well to get everything to work correctly.)
