Airtonix - I agree with your view on 3rd pary connection servers. I'm
not comfortable with that either. But, getting a quick VPN connection
without admin access to the firewall / router on the network, Hamachi
works pretty good. 



Norman - I use Hamachi a lot, especially with VNC. After following this

the only issue I currently have is automatically loggin into my
previously specified network after the computer boots up. After each
reboot, I have to issue the command to connect: 



sudo hamachi -c /etc/hamachi go-online network



I am currently looking around for the fix. I'm sure it's around this
forum somewhere. I'll post here as soon as I find it...
