It gets complicated if you're going to dual-boot Ubuntu with another OS,
and partitioning can be difficult if you're new to it.  

But, if you're going to put Ubuntu only on one PC using the entire hard
drive, installation is easy.

1) Adjust BIOS to boot from CDROM
2) Insert LiveCD and reboot
3) At the prompt choose LiveCD
4) Double-click the desktop icon labeled Install
(20 minutes pass)
5) Remove CD, reboot and enjoy Ubuntu
