Actually, even if it wasn't a terminal command, it'd be a program that
could be started from a terminal with that name. So it's the same
thing in the end. And no, it'd take a real bastard to tell you to use
a program calling it by its package name when it didn't coincide with
the command line name.

And yes, it's the normal procedure to assume that any program will
have a man page or -at least- a --help or -h command line option that
tells something about itself. We'd never stop writing, otherwise.
Cobol fingers, and all that.
