Dapper - Firefox- Radio Buttons - Why so Ugly/Grainy?

Hi, sorry for all the questions today,

As you can see in this screenshot, why don't my radio buttons look
clear and round?  Do they look like this for everyone or is this just
a system problem for me?  If anyone thinks it's fixable, what kind of
information would be useful?
