This Ubuntu Mailing List - Are Emails Shown on Web or in Forums?

There are some. I like gmane.org most.

Yes, they do. But I don't like the interface at the forums. If I'd 
post from the web, I'd use gmane.org. The Ubuntu Forums interface
makes it look like, as if this were a forum, while it is a mailinglist
in reality.
