gftp - How To Backup and Restore Bookmarks

Hi Experts,

Before I put a lot of work this morning into connecting to all of my
websites via gftp and bookmarking each ftp site, I want to find out if
there is a way to backup those bookmarks so I can later transfer them
to another computer?  (Planning to get a new computer soon)
