strange aptitude output on update

Hi, I'm running apt-cacher on my machine hence the localhost paths. Some
of my repos are being ignored or something, I'm not quite sure what is
going on. I have included the output of the update, leaving out many
unnecessary lines. Could someone shed some light on this please? Thank
