Software compilation woes

Nevermind, I managed to fix it by apt-get remove'ing libtool and
grabbing the tarball from ftp.gnu.org instead. Dodgy debs in the
repositories seems to be quite a frequent occurence these days in
Dapper.

It's happened to me about 3 times now. Oh well. Teething troubles as they say.
