You really really really do want wget :-) It can run in the background
ripping the site and not distracting you with all that gui nonsense. It
can rewrite the active pages (.php, .jsp, etc) to .html, can include or
exclude entire trees and many other features most of us never heard of
But if you do want a gui, try d4x - I used it ages ago and it did a fine
job of this task
