whats the deal with fire fox

Every time you open a new tab, consider you are opening a new firefox 
(that's for you to easy understand, in fact it's more complicated). Well 
, obviously if you are running many of them it'll take a lot of 
resources on you computer.

More precisely, when you open a tab, you create an instance of 
'something' which will use your RAM. Firefox tries to optimize that 
something so that it'll take few memory. But the memory it'll take also 
depends on the page you are looking at.

Basically, the response of you question is : No, you mustn't open so 
many tabs (unless you are confident in your computer resources).
