Setting up a icecast uplink

Sooner than expected i came back to Ubuntu :)
Dapper has great improvements, but i still cannot make muse-streamer
work.
If anyone knows a way to stream in mp3 and ogg or has been able to make
muse run, please let me know. I'm using an Icecast2 server.
A GUI or a script for IceS would be of great help.
