I was able to get a little farther. The server now responds to pop and 
imap clients correctly, and I can send mail. I still can't get any.
I found the cgi program courierwebadmin, but It' still not really 
working. I'm now getting;

I'm using Apache2 from the Ubuntu repository so I'm pretty sure CGI is 
fully implemented. I did fail to read the instructions, I haven't found 
them yet.
