Cupsys problem with latest update

[use_real_email_ulist at ohiggins.ubuntu.com]

Open up your /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and check for lines like:
Allow 192.168.123.*

Change them to
Allow 192.168.123.0/24

Did the trick here.
