You still have no right to speak for all users.  A lot of people have
written books.  If any of them purports to speak on my behalf in my
presence, I'd pop them in the nose.

You are a user of Ubuntu, nothing more, nothing less.  You do not speak
for me.  You do not speak for Alexander.  You do not speak for anybody
but yourself.  (And, if anybody's actually dumb enough to elect you
their spokesman, I guess you can speak for them as well.)
