How so?  Run it, point your browser to it, and it just works.  I hardly
ever seen any ads, I don't even have to go through and manually block
each one.  It also cleans cookies and referrers and whatnot.  Easy to
turn on and off with Konqueror or Firefox with SwitchProxy extension.
