Anyone know qemu?

This is my qemu "startup command". I haven't got kqemu back installed 
with dapper as I mostly use vmware server but this did work on early 
dappers and hoary's both with and without kqemu (obviously heaps slower 
without)

nice qemu -localtime -hda /home/vm/winxp.qcow -boot c -smb root -m 256
