Windooze XP Partitions and hidden files!!

A little googling gives us the answer -- LBA is logical block
addressing.  See the explanation 'here'

Also my recollection is that windows hides partially deleted files in a
hidden directory on each drive.  This is similar to a .Trash directory
in your ubuntu user directory.  At any rate it is probably nothing
vital.  If  you want to be sure, examine the hidden files on the drive
using either linux or windows.  Let us know what you find.
