how to convert to ReiserFS ?

Well, that's the thing about filesystems... could there still be bugs
lurking around in ReiserFS?  Ext3, built on the much older Ext2, has had
a _much_ longer service time and much wider deployment.

Ext3 is _more_ stable, but that does _NOT_ mean that ReiserFS is
UNstable.  Reiser is currently used on many large systems and has many
proponents.
