finding older version of rdiff-backup

You can find the older version in one of the repositories (perhaps
Breezy), download and install that .deb. Then you can force aptitude not
to try to upgrade that package and keep it at the current version. I'm
not sure of the dependencies of this package but you may encounter some
problems here.
