[Dapper] [X.org] Slow rendering/high CPU usage on ATI MACH 64

Direct rendering is off ("no"). It is a PITA to get 3d accel to work
with the Mach 64. I've done it under Debian but it keeps breaking, and
that branch doesn't seem to be actively maintained.



But I shouldn't need direct rendering for non-3d stuff like drawing
windows, should I?
