Change Gnome Splash Screen

Hi Peter,
I have finally found it in the synaptic package manger over here. And
got it installed on Dapper. Now I can add all the things that Ineed
here and really wow people for the screen login and splash screens. I
like this in Ubuntu There is a round about way for windows but its a
pain in the rear end for it.
