There is no .gnomerc on my computer.  Does gnome look for a bash file
~/.gnomerc.

I do have ~/.gnome2/session and ~/.gnome2/session-manual on Breezy and
suspect that one or both of them would be the proper place to set the
umask.  However, neither of them are shell files and I haven't found
documentation for these files. Surely I'm missing something.
