Change Gnome Splash Screen

Actually I have found the program in Breezy over here. Called Art
Manager. When I was in Breezy I had remember seeing this program in the
add/remove program section for it. I had installed it into breezy and it
went to the same ite or at least a repository of some sort that you
could download background, Splashy stuff, and login screens there were
a couple of option for that in. I tried looking in for Dapper but can't
find it in the add/remove programs or in the synaptic package manager.
Would have been ice to leave that feature in for loading up login, and
all that. Since you can basically do a preview to see what it looks
like before downloading or installing it directly.
