Only as long as all works as expected. However, package maintainers are
not perfect. E.g., once it turned out I had files in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d
that belonged to no package and interfered with
System/Administrations/Software Properties (and I didn't create them
either). deborphan won't help with that.
