change beginning of week to Sunday

I have no idea if that can be changed, it seems that it comes from the
locale you use. I live in Finland but like to use my Gnome in english,
so en_GB gives me Sunday as the first day of the week but I'd like it to
be Monday.

fi_FI gives Monday as the first day of the week. I haven't tried en_US
yet, but maybe I should give it a go too.
